Contribution points should reward reliable data

Counting every upload equally can reward duplicates and poor photos. A better system would value clear images, accurate observations, and corrections that improve the registry.

Any points should be explainable and should not encourage people to approach animals unsafely.

We are treating this as a product idea until a real pilot shows that it improves data quality.
